The Credit Suisse Office building obtained LEED Silver certification due to the work of the GreeNexus team. This commercial interior project, certified under LEED V4, is located in Houston, Texas. In addition to a 37 percent reduction in indoor water usage, the project also achieved a near 98 percent use of ENERGY STAR appliances and an impressive 100 percent offset of their space’s energy usage. GreeNexus acted as the LEED Project Administrators for this project.
